Focus and Scope

The International Journal of Sustainable Construction Engineering and Technology (IJSCET) is a double-blind peer-reviewed journal of Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia. It publishes regular issues in June and December every year. IJSCET is a forum for the publication and dissemination of original research work related to the issues of sustainability, green technology, optimization, sustainable environment, strategic approach, biodiversity, ecological and economic development. The journal publishes a wide range of quality research and application articles.

PUBLICATION/ARTICLE PROCESSING FEE 

Effective from 2026, all manuscripts accepted for publication in Regular Issues are subject to an Article Processing Charge (APC) of MYR 500 per article for local author and USD 140 for international author. The APC is applicable only after acceptance and does not influence the peer-review or editorial decision-making process.

All manuscripts accepted for publication in Special Issues are also subject to an APC. Authors are advised to contact Penerbit UTHM for official confirmation of the APC rate prior to final acceptance.
