Abstract

In this paper, 33 enterprises and 367 students were surveyed by questionnaire to explore the current demand of enterprises for the employability of graduates of higher vocational colleges and universities, and the level of employability of the surveyed students and the demand of the surveyed enterprises for the employability were analyzed through statistical data, and the core employability system of graduates of higher vocational colleges and universities was constructed according to the KSAO model. Then, the matching between the current situation of students' supply and the enterprises' demand for the competence of higher vocational colleges and universities is studied according to the theory of matching demand of people and organizations. Therefore, based on SEM structural equation modeling graduate employment core competitiveness influencing factors model construction and research, can provide a new way of thinking for the society, colleges and universities, students in the aspect of employment core competitiveness of research, so that can help to improve the core competitiveness of employment of higher vocational graduates.
