Abstract

A teacher is said to be brilliant when the teacher is able to master the holistic or holistic nature of being liked or not, the teaching profession demands a teacher to have the perfectness and excellence in everyday life, especially when educating his students. The study aims to see the level of self-efficacy of teachers. The IPG THO trainer in the creation of 21st century teachers. The data were collected using a questionnaire distributed to trainees sem7 and sem 8. The mean analysis of the self-efficacy of the trainee teachers showed that they were at a moderate level. Pearson correlation analysis found that the self efficacy link between teachers involved management, involvement and teaching was significant but at a moderate level. Teaching in the classroom was found to have greater influence over the management and involvement of teachers in the classroom.
