Memperkasa Kesatuan Melalui TVET: Transformasi Tenaga Kerja Malaysia merupakan sebuah kajian ilmiah yang mengupas secara mendalam peranan strategik TVET dan kesatuan sekerja dalam memacu agenda pembangunan modal insan negara. Mengintegrasikan perspektif dasar, industri, serta dimensi sosio-ekonomi, buku ini menghuraikan implikasi TVET terhadap kebolehpasaran graduan, kesiapsiagaan tenaga kerja terhadap Revolusi Industri 4.0, serta isu-isu struktur dalam pembangunan kemahiran nasional.
Dikarang oleh sarjana dan penyelidik berpengalaman dari UTM, UTHM dan UiTM, buku ini mengemukakan kerangka konseptual dan strategi yang sejajar dengan Dasar TVET Negara 2030 dan TVET Madani, termasuk pengukuhan budaya pembelajaran sepanjang hayat melalui peningkatan kemahiran (upskilling) dan latihan semula kemahiran (reskilling). Karya ini merupakan rujukan signifikan bagi ahli akademik, pembuat dasar, pemimpin kesatuan, dan pengamal industri yang mengkaji hubungan antara TVET, peranan kesatuan sekerja, dan keperluan pembangunan tenaga kerja masa hadapan.
