Commercial HVAC Maintenance Instructional Video

Abstract

Commercial HVAC maintenance is a topic studied by students in the field of refrigeration and air conditioning. This study was to develop a commercial HVAC maintenance instructional video. The design of this study is to use the ADDIE Model and also use the questionnaire instrument method. Data obtained from expert validation were analyzed using Microsoft Excel software. The selected experts are a total of three lecturers at the Faculty of Technical and Vocational Education (FPTV). Findings of the study showed that experts gave a positive evaluation of instructional videos on all items of the questionnaire in the design, content and language section, but on the functionality, item two in the questionnaire, 'Tools to change students' attitudes', obtained' No 'from one respondent, then the researcher concluded this instructional video needs to be improved so that it can be a tool to change students ’attitudes. At the end of the study, the researcher put forward some suggestions for future studies.
